By registering for Kingdom of Flatlands, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Participation Terms
Kingdom of Flatlands is a self-supported ultra-distance cycling event. Riders must complete the route under their own power and without outside assistance. The event organisation does not provide technical, tactical, logistical, or medical support during the ride.
Private support crews, dedicated resupply vehicles, or assistance from friends and family are not permitted. Riders must rely on commercially available services that are accessible to all participants. Fairness and equal conditions for every rider are fundamental to the event.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the event.
All riders are required to hold valid personal insurance covering liability, accidents, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and repatriation for the duration of the event.
The organiser does not provide insurance coverage and accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss, damage, or any other consequences arising directly or indirectly from participation in the event.
Attendance at rider registration and accreditation is mandatory. Details regarding time and location will be communicated prior to the event.
Before the start, all participants must sign a Rider Agreement, including a liability waiver and media release authorising the organiser to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings from the event. Participation is not possible without a signed agreement.
By registering, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions and acknowledge that they are required for participation.
By registering, you also accept the event refund policy as described on the Refunds page.

Your entry fee includes:
- Participation in Kingdom of Flatlands
- GPS live tracking, including tracker rental

- Rider manual and event information

Accommodation Partner Offer
Participants looking to arrive the day before the start can take advantage of a special accommodation offer with Fanø Krogaard.
The first 50 registered riders are eligible for a DKK 250 discount on their stay.
To redeem the offer, participants must contact the hotel directly and make their own reservation by calling +45 76 60 00 70.
The discount cannot be booked through third-party booking platforms and is subject to room availability.

GPS Tracker Terms
The GPS tracking device remains the responsibility of the participant from the moment it is issued by the organiser.
The tracker, together with any supplied accessories such as charging cables, must be returned to the organiser as soon as possible after finishing or withdrawing from the event, and no later than one week after your ride has ended.
If the tracker is not returned within two weeks of the event, the participant will be charged a replacement fee of €150.
In the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage to the tracker, a replacement fee of €150 will be charged.
If a supplied charging cable is not returned, a replacement fee of €5 will be charged.
Payment Information
Registration is processed through Eventbrite and PayPal.
A PayPal account is not required. After entering your details, you can choose to pay directly with your preferred credit or debit card.
